ALFA BOND KOHLHAUER MOVES TO WARSAW
A new year 2021 will bring great changes in Alfa Bond Kohlhauer Sp. z o.o. Sustainable development of the company and planned increase of production have influenced the decision regarding location in one place the headquarters as well as production and storage areas. We managed to find a very good location by the S8 expressway in Kajetany. We have rented the office building of its total area of 328 m2, storage and production hall of its area of 1.600 m2 and 3.260 m2 of external area. Currently the finishing works are being conducted. Our new investment is a facility in the Small Business Unit format – smaller city warehouses located near large agglomerations with a larger office component, which allows companies to arrange it for showrooms. The property is also characterized by numerous glazing in the facade, allowing working in natural light. We are planning to move in December in order to start work in the new place as from January 2021.
